Yes we do! You can reserve your used car for just a £99 refundable reservation fee. Once that is done, we can take you through the remaining documents that need to be signed remotely, including any finance documents.
By using this service, you benefit from a 14-day money back guarantee. If your car is not your perfect car, you can exchange it for another or return it for a full refund.
Reserving a vehicle means we'll hold it in stock for you until you can view it in person and take a test drive. This enables you to ensure that it won't be snapped up by another motorist before you've had a chance to get behind the wheel yourself.
We will hold a vehicle for you for a 24 hour period, but can retain it for longer depending on the vehicle and your individual circumstances. Once you've reserved a vehicle, we'll get in touch to arrange your test drive, and discuss any further requirements you may have. During this time an appointment must be made for either a home demonstration or site visit to confirm your purchase and complete the sale.
Yes. You can reserve a vehicle at our dealership by speaking to a member of our team. However the reserve online feature, is designed to enable you to do this from the comfort of your home.
Yes! We welcome part exchanges. You can use your part exchange as all or part of your deposit towards your car purchase. However, if there is outstanding finance on your part exchange this will have to be settled by us as part of the transaction. Any amount left over after the settlement of your finance can be used towards your deposit. Don't worry about a thing, we will be happy to deal with everything for you and advise you every step of the way.
If your car is valued more than the car you would like to purchase and there is no outstanding finance on it, we will be happy to give you back the difference. This would be paid to you after your new vehicle has been delivered.
Yes, assuming you have accurately described your part exchange vehicle, answered all the questions correctly and read our terms and conditions regarding part exchange your value will be guaranteed.
Yes, you can remove your part exchange from your order at any time prior to your vehicle handover. However you will have to allow for any adjustment in your quotation if you part exchange was being used towards your deposit.
Yes, if both the vehicles are owned by you, or you have permission from the owner to use the vehicle a part of your order. Our sales team will be happy to help you.
You will need to speak to the finance company who the agreement is with. Sometimes, with your permission the finance company will allow us to obtain the settlement figures on your behalf, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
